5. AI and Automated Processing
AutoCE uses Google Gemini models and related cloud infrastructure to process resume and job data for matching insights, suggestions, and drafting assistance. We design prompts and workflows to provide actionable outputs for job seekers. AI-generated outputs may contain errors, and users should review all results before use.
5A. Sign-In and Email Permissions
At this time, AutoCE supports sign-in with Google OAuth and Outlook/Microsoft accounts. For users who choose email automation features, an additional sign-in/authorization step may be required even after initial platform login.
When enabled, AutoCE uses granted permissions only to send job application emails from your own connected account to recruiter addresses you target. We do not use those permissions for unrelated mailbox actions.
6. Data Sharing and Processors
We may share data with trusted service providers solely to operate the service, including:
- Cloud hosting and database providers
- Authentication and email delivery services
- Analytics and observability providers
- AI infrastructure providers used for model inference
We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and platform integrity.
